Navigating through the Changing Sustainability Perceptions: Asset Owners’ Perspectives 

Mirjana is Chief Executive Officer for the CFA Society Switzerland, one of the largest CFA Institute societies globally. She is responsible for implementing the Society's overall strategy and management. Core to her mandate is continuing to deliver outstanding member value, providing quality, independent and reliable content and resources for multiple key stakeholders and promoting high ethical standards in the investment industry. In her leadership role, Mirjana oversees all the Society’s staff and operations. 

Before assuming a role of CEO of CFA Society Switzerland, Mirjana was co-leading the University Relations Commitee where she was responsible for the strategy development and execution of the CFA Institute Research Challenge. Mirjana also worked with volunteer committees to execute successful Swiss Pensions and Generations Conferences. She further developed and maintained various initiatives in an ongoing effort to deliver, improve and refine Society's programs to its members.

Mirjana is a trained neurobiologist and has previously worked as a scientific advisor and program director in a NPO, family office and at the University of Zurich and University of Groningen. 

Dimitri Senik, CFA, leads the Investor Trust Services at PwC Switzerland. With 27 years of professional experience, he provides assurance services to investment managers and investors with respect to investment process and governance, investment performance and risk management, compliance with the GIPS standards, and ESG Investing. 

Dimitri Senik is also a member of the Investment Committee of the Pension Funds of PwC Switzerland. He has been a long-standing volunteer in the global standard-setting bodies of CFA Institute and currently chairs the GIPS Technical Committee and the ESG Examination Subcommittee of CFA Institute and also the ESG Committee of CFA Society Switzerland. 

Dimitri is a CFA Charterholder, Chartered Certified Accountant and a holder of the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Christina Böck has more than 30 years of professional experience in asset management and institutional investing. She serves as an independent investment expert on committees of institutional investors and advises them on strategic investment issues, with a particular focus on private market investments.

Christina began her career in 1994 as a fixed-income portfolio manager in Paris where she subsequently held positions at BIP and AGF (Allianz–PIMCO Group) before moving to AXA Investment Managers. There, she spent 15 years in various leadership roles—both in Paris and Zurich—initially as Head of International Bonds, then as CIO Switzerland, and later as Head of Solution Strategists for Central Europe.

From 2016 to 2018, Christina significantly shaped the investment strategy of Profond Pension Institution as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). She then became a Partner at INDEFI, where she was responsible for business development in the DACH region. Most recently, she led the Strategy & Business Development team at Helvetia Asset Management before becoming an independent advisor.

She holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kauffrau) from the University of Münster and earned a diploma from HEC Paris (Hautes Études Commerciales), specializing in finance.

In addition, Christina is a sought-after speaker at industry events in Switzerland and Germany and regularly publishes articles on current topics in the investment industry. She teaches investment management at a university of applied sciences and at a professional training institute.

Her commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion complements her professional profile and is reflected in her regular participation in events and discussions focusing on the role of women in the financial industry. Her deep expertise and fluency in German, French, and English round out her profile and make her a highly regarded expert on the international financial stage.

Dr. Agnes Neher is Chief Sustainability Officer at the Helvetia Baloise Insurance Group, where she advances the Group Sustainability Strategy with climate strategy as a core element. Her responsibilities include also responsible underwriting across the Group and non-financial reporting. Previously, she was Head of Responsible Investment at Baloise and worked at Bank J. Safra Sarasin as an ESG Analyst and Corporate Sustainability Manager. 

Agnes Neher holds a doctorate from the University of Hohenheim on the materiality of non-financial risks in financial markets. She earned a Diploma in Economics from the University of Tübingen and an MSc in Philosophy of Social Sciences from the London School of Economics. She also lectures at Swiss universities.

François is Head of Sustainability at Assura, where he leads or co-leads key initiatives across three areas: insurance activities, corporate operations, and institutional investment. He joined Assura in 2023 after ten years in an audit and consulting firm. He began his career in an investor relations firm serving asset managers and family offices.

François holds an EMBA in Corporate Finance, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and the CFA Institute’s Certificate in Sustainable Investing.

Alexandra Pastollnigg, CFA is Head Responsible Investing at Graubündner Kantonalbank, where she is responsible for continued ESG integration and sustainability initiatives across the bank's investment activities. 

Since joining Graubündner Kantonalbank in 2023, Alexandra has also been driving the bank's stewardship activities, including its commitment to Climate Action 100+, Ethos engagement activities and the AMAS Engagement Letter for Swiss companies to contribute to a climate-neutral economy, amongst others. 

Alexandra is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master of Finance from the University of Hong Kong. She has also earned the CFA Institute Certificates in ESG Investing, Data Science for Investment Professionals, and Climate Risk, Valuation, and Investing. 

Since 2024, Alexandra has been an active member of the CFA Society Switzerland ESG Committee.

Alexandre Micheloud is a Client Advisor and Impact Investment Specialist at Cape, where he advises private clients, families, and entrepreneurs on long-term growth of their wealth. Cape provides comprehensive wealth management services, including strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, and bespoke investment solutions. Within this holistic approach, Alexandre has developed particular expertise in Sustainable and Impact Investing, supporting clients who wish to align their investments with their values.

Claude Garcia is Professor of International Forest Governance at the Bern University of Applied Sciences and an associate researcher at ETH Zurich. 

Trained as a tropical ecologist and forest engineer, he specializes in participatory modelling and strategy development for complex socio-environmental systems. Claude uses games and transdisciplinary methods to explore decision-making in landscapes under pressure. His work spans Asia, Africa, and Latin America, with a focus on forest governance, biodiversity, and sustainability. 

He is also the co-founder of LEAF Inspiring Change and of the Planet C Collective. Claude is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.

Patrick joined the UBS Optimus Foundation in July 2024 as the Strategic Partnerships Director. He brings extensive experience in private sector development and impact finance, particularly in frontier markets. In his role, he is responsible for developing and nurturing collaborations to co-create impactful programs, mobilize expertise and resources, and deploy innovative instruments aimed at scaling solutions and maximizing impact.

Throughout his career, Patrick has worked in academia and across both private and public sectors, gaining over 20 years of experience in addressing contemporary challenges, with a focus on climate change, mission-driven companies, and startup acceleration. Before joining the Foundation, he held positions at the United Nations, where he designed and implemented flagship interventions.

Patrick holds a degree in engineering, complemented by a PhD in environmental sciences. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and his work is widely published, with more than 20 peer-reviewed articles to his name.

Philipp Müller joined Blue Earth Capital as Chief Executive Officer in October 2025. He brings over two decades of experience in impact investing and institutional asset management. 

Before joining Blue Earth Capital, Philipp served as CEO of BlueOrchard Finance Ltd from 2020, having joined the firm in 2018 as Head of Investment Solutions. Earlier in his career, Philipp was Senior Vice President of Investment Solutions at Partners Group, where he focused on designing and implementing tailored investment strategies for institutional clients. 

Philipp holds an MBA from ETH Zurich and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Zurich.

Pierre Charles G. Rousseau is an impact entrepreneur and investor with over 35 years of experience in financial services, including two decades in Asia-Pacific. After a successful international banking career, notably helping lead BNP Paribas’ expansion in global markets across the region and pioneering electronic trading systems in the 1990s, he shifted his focus toward sustainable finance and regenerative business models.

He is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Nomad Plastic Ltd, a Hong Kong-based regenerative enterprise tackling plastic pollution while promoting sustainable cruise tourism in Indonesia through its flagship venture, Nomad Archipelago. The company combines circular pyrolysis technology with community-based tourism to protect biodiversity and support coastal livelihoods.

Pierre also serves as senior advisor to multiple sustainability-driven initiatives, including Blue Alliance and Plastic Odyssey Factories, and supports innovative finance platforms such as Catalytic Finance Foundation and Digital Climate Group. As an Associate Fellow of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, he contributes to advancing sustainable business strategies. Through impact investing and advisory roles, Pierre continues to bridge finance, climate action, biodiversity conservation, and social inclusion to craft the resilience of the economy of the future.
