The CFA Society Switzerland office (led by the society executives) supports the board and society leaders in the day-to-day implementation of their objectives and programs. In addition to its administrative functions, the society office handles all inquiries and acts as the primary interface between the society and its stakeholders.

Mirjana Wojtal, PhD, is the Chief Executive Officer of CFA Society Switzerland, where she leads strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement for one of Switzerland's leading professional associations in investment management. Under her leadership, the Society serves over 3,600 members and draws on a network of 300 volunteers to deliver continuing education, professional development, and advocacy across the Swiss financial services sector.
A trained neurobiologist, Mirjana brings an unusually broad foundation to her role, spanning scientific research, program direction, and organizational leadership across non-profit, academic, and family office environments. This cross-disciplinary perspective informs her approach to governance and her commitment to building institutions that are rigorous, ethical, and genuinely member-driven.
She is a recognized voice for professional excellence and ethical standards within Switzerland's investment community, and actively engages with industry stakeholders, regulators and peer organizations to advance the Society's mission.

Nicole has responsibility for education programs for the society, including relationship management for CFA candidates and advancing the development of education products. As business manager, Nicole oversees the financial and administrative matters of the society.
Nicole has been working in the financial services and strategic consulting industry for 17 years. She has previously worked as a director at UBS Wealth Management & Business Banking, as Market Intelligence Manager for GE Capital Bank, took part in the Real Returns program at Credit Suisse and worked for five years at McKinsey & Company in the Financial Services Practice in Frankfurt. She did a bank trainee program, studied business administration in Munich, holds an IPMA certificate in project management and did an MBA at Rotterdam School of Management.
