The barometer of sentiment among Swiss financial analysts remains stuck in negative territory for the seventh month in succession. At the same time, more of the Swiss analysts polled are pessimistic about the equity market than at any time since the survey was first conducted.

While uncertainty remains high with regard to the inflation development over the short term, the analysts’ long-term inflation expectations are stabilising somewhat.
