Dear Member of CFA Society Switzerland,
 

The CFA Society Switzerland is seeking up to 2 new board members for the term starting in September 2023.

The Board is CFA Society Switzerland's highest elected body, representing its membership across the country. It develops the Society's strategy and monitors its implementation through volunteer committees with the support of the Society's CEO and Executive Office.

With over 3'500 members, the CFA Society Switzerland is the largest CFA society in Continental Europe. Given that some board members' terms are coming to an end, we are now looking for new board members.

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds that can support the board in fulfilling the CFA Institute’s strategic goals of developing future professionals, delivering member value, and building market integrity.

Previous volunteering experiences in the CFA Society Switzerland or CFA Institute are beneficial.

Our ambition is to have a diverse Board in terms of gender, geography, function, experience, background, and age to best represent the interests of our growing membership base.

The expected time commitment is approximately 40 hours per year, including preparation for and participation in four in-person board meetings in Switzerland and special tasks.
