  • Set up and manage all events on our event registration platform, ensuring accurate configuration, troubleshooting registration issues, and reducing attendee queries
  • Support the continuous improvement of digital tools and processes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools: Mailchimp or equivalent, LinkedIn, Canva or Adobe Suite, CMS platforms; experience with Cvent is an advantage
  • A sharp editorial eye — you notice the typo, the broken link, the wrong date, and you fix it before anyone else has to
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
