Crawford will demonstrate how the behavioural sciences can help create more effective communications, build engagement with key stakeholders and ultimately influence behaviour. Using examples from academia, business and government amongst others, Crawford will show how small changes in how we interact and communicate can have significant implications for how people behave.

Crawford Hollingworth is a global founder of The Behavioural Architects, who have for over 11 years pioneered methodologies that use of insights from behavioural science to both understand and influence behaviour. Crawford has published over 300 articles on applied Behavioural Science for publications such as the New Scientist, IMPACT, EMPOWER and The Behavioral Scientist as well as lecturing around the world at places such as the London Business School. Previously, Crawford founded HeadlightVision, a behavioural futures consultancy which was acquired in 2003 by WPP. He then became Global Executive Chairman of the Futures Company.
