Call for Student Mentors
Are you a finance professional passionate about shaping the next generation of talent? The CFA Society Switzerland Student Mentoring Program is looking for mentors to guide motivated university students through one academic year of professional and personal growth.
Why Become a Mentor?
- Share your knowledge and experience to inspire future finance professionals
- Strengthen your leadership and coaching skills
- Expand your professional network across academia and industry
- Contribute to the development of the Swiss financial community
Your Role:
- Commit to ~1 meeting per month (online or in-person)
- Provide guidance on career development, industry insights, and personal growth
- Support mentees in setting goals, reflecting on progress, and navigating challenges
What We Ask From You:
- A willingness to listen, share, and guide
- Professional experience in the finance industry
- Commitment for the duration of the academic year
