Cancellation Policy

Full reimbursement - cancellation is made by the registrant online and is possible until 10 business days before a conference and 5 business days before any other event. Cancellation will not be possible after that.

In the event that CFA Society Switzerland (society) cancels the meeting, our liability will be limited to regsitration fees alredy paid to the society for the event.

 

Data sharing

Any person attending society events grants the society permission to use and publish their image or likeness in the form of a photograph collected in connection with the program for any usual and customary purposes of the society, including, but not limited to, advertisement for the society and its events. 

 

Liability Policy

Every person who registers and attends society events, agrees to acknowledge and assume all the risks of participation in the event.  

 

Event modifications

The society reserves the right to make modifications to the event and administrative arrangements in the event of special circumstances.
