In contrast to many “AI in Finance” events dominated by the “is AI going to take our jobs?” theme. Based on examples from British and Swiss financial services institutions and firms, you will be hearing about practical applications of AI in: 

•  Private banking and wealth management 
•  Asset management 
•  Insurance 
•  Other areas of financial services (capital markets/stock exchanges, investment banking, PE/VC) 

You will also have to opportunity to hear a regulator’s view on the use of AI in finance and some practical examples of how the regulator assesses the fit of AI within the context of the integrity, transparency and accountability of the financial system. 

Last, but not least, the panel discussion will look into: 

• What firms can do today to get AI to work efficiently and make everyone’s life easier
• The length of time it is likely to take in order to start seeing the substantial investment in AI in financial services pay off
