Charles Genesty is a seasoned recruitment and talent acquisition expert with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EFG Bank, Charles has a proven track record of identifying and securing top talent across various sectors. His expertise spans strategic recruitment, talent management, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.

In addition to his recruitment expertise, Charles has significant experience in procurement within the financial services industry. Charles holds a Master's degree in Procurement & Business Strategy from IAE Grenoble and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Edinburgh Napier University. His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, enables him to effectively support organizational growth and innovation through strategic talent acquisition.

Céline Corletti

Céline started her career in the financial markets industry after graduating from ESCP Europe with a Master in Management.   She began as a Structured Products Sales covering the Swiss institutional market, and decided to join the recruitment industry during the financial crisis. Since 2009 she has built her expertise recruiting financial professionals in Europe across front-office and executive roles in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage, Private Banking.

In 2018, after managing for 5 years the Banking and Financial Services Division for a Tier 1 Executive Search Firm in Geneva, Céline decided to create Beyond Potentials to actively contribute to the financial sector transformation, with the conviction that people’s engagement and development are at the center of companies future.

Recognized as a specialist in her sector, Céline has advised multiple companies on strategic recruiting and talent management challenges. Through tailor made coaching, assessments, workshops, and strategic recruitment mandates, she acts as a reliable partner for HR & Business leaders, looking to maximize their personal and team potential.

Anne Donou is a recognised expert in career management and leadership development. She began her career in the banking sector, specialising in turning around unprofitable units.
