Roger has worked in the financial industry for over 16 years.

Starting in 2008 at Julius Bär Investment Fund Services (Swiss & Global Asset Management, GAM) in the Sales and Distribution Department, Roger was responsible for bringing investors from Austria, the Baltic States, and Sweden into the funds managed.

Since 2014, Roger has been working in Impact Investing and started with BlueOrchard, where he was responsible for Business Development in Switzerland and Austria. Roger managed to navigate the turnaround of the company, attracting new clients and raising awareness for the company as well as Microfinance and Impact Investing in general. Additionally, Roger attracted Investors to several Public Private Partnership Funds. The company's funds under management grew significantly from USD 200m to over USD 2bn AUM; more than one-third of the new client money came from the client base built by Roger.

Roger is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Enabling Qapital Ltd. (EQ), founded in January 2020, and is responsible for Marketing, PR, and all investor-related activities. EQ is a FINMA-regulated and B-Corp certified impact Asset Management company, with investments in roughly 50 emerging market countries and managing USD 700m in assets within Microfinance/Private Debt and Access to Energy/Clean Cooking. An Emerging Market Bonds fund will be launched in Q4, as well as an Impact Secondary Private Equity Fund. The team consists of over 55 members who speak more than 21 languages and represent 12 countries.

Roger is fluent in (Swiss) German and English. He has a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) as well as a Swiss Fund Officer.

Stephan is the Head of Page Executive Switzerland and Belgium, and also leads our global Private Equity practice.  

Stephan started his career at Credit Suisse in 2000 within the institutional client’s business in Switzerland. After starting in Sales Support, he moved over to institutional sales with  international  experience  in  New  York.  After  5  years  of  industry  experience,  he  joined  PageGroup  in  2005  fascinated  about  the  people  business  and  the  business  development  potential in Switzerland. As a consultant he started to help and build our Michael Page brand in Zurich and launched the Financial Services division and led it over 8 years including co-managing the Michael Page Zurich operation.

With the rebranding in 2012 to PageGroup he started to launch our Executive Search brand Page Executive. Stephan got the mandate to build the Senior professionals search service to top management companies in Switzerland starting from Director up to Managing Director, Business Unit Head and C-Level. He has  successfully completed  over  150  senior  search  assignments in Switzerland and has a strong network in the Finance industry. He also currently leads Page Executive's global Private Equity practice, where he actively animates global efforts and synergies for our clients and international talents.

Stephan is a certified assessor at SHL and has a Master’s in leadership & management. He is a trusted partner for our recurring clients by helping them over the years with talent searches  and  executive  hires.  A  sensitive  feel about client needs, integrity, empathy and loyalty distinguishes him and Page Executive from other recruitment companies. He is a well-respected long-term search partner with 19 years’ experience at PageGroup in Switzerland.

Tali is a well-versed and dedicated Human Resources professional with 20+ years’ experience in various roles including:

HR Manager/Business Partner, Lead for Internal Mobility and Diversity Recruiting, Campus Relations and in the past years she has worked as Head for DE&I Switzerland at UBS/CS. In 2015 she has implemented the so called “Real Returns” program at Credit Suisse, a returnship program for women who have taken a voluntary career break.

Tali has a MSc from the London School of Economics in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. 

Adrian Fritz is the Head of Research at 21Shares, producing macro-market commentaries and data-driven insight with a focus on the crypto asset industry.

Adrian completed a master's degree at HULT International Business School in San Francisco and began his career as a stock broker in New York. Prior to joining the digital asset industry, he worked in traditional finance for many years including management consulting, corporate finance and investment banking. He’s also a lecturer for various crypto-related courses at the HWZ Zurich and the Certified Crypto Finance Expert (CCFE).

Sanjeev (Sunny) is a Non-Executive Director of Yoello, a FinTech startup, based in the UK. Sanjeev is Founder and CEO of WIR Advisory AG with a focus on wealth advisory, fintech and impact investments and risk management. Sanjeev has expertise in digital transformation, M&A, global markets, ESG, risk and audit, and is passionate about business ethics, philanthropy and helping others achieve their goals by ensuring responsible growth. Sanjeev is currently an Advisory Board member on the Swiss Impact Investment Association for ESG and is a Guest Lecturer at St Gallen University.

After 28 years at UBS Sanjeev’s last role was as Group Managing Director & Senior Global Advisor of Ultra High Net Worth for the Wealth Management division. He played a pivotal role in the leadership team providing senior client coverage to grow the business in Global Family offices as well as technology-based new economy clients in China. Prior to this Sanjeev was on the Executive Committee of the Global Wealth Management Committee and Chief Risk Officer APAC for UBS Wealth Management during which time he was Chair of the Risk Committee, and Member of the Executive and Operating committees, he had oversight of the firm's operations in 13 countries across 60 legal entities.

During Sanjeev’s career at UBS he was a Non-executive Director on the board of UBS Canada, and he was previously a Board Trustee of the Lifeline Center for Child Development in New York City. Sanjeev is a licensed CPA and CFA, and he holds academic qualifications from New York Stern University and additional certifications from Harvard University and Insead. Sanjeev is American and has worked for ten years in the UK/Switzerland, seven years in Japan, four years in Hong Kong. He lives in Zurich and travels regularly to Hong Kong, the US and the UK.

Recently, he has joined the Board of 21 Finance which provides digital software solutions for financial institutions looking to expand their distribution capabilities.

Kasper is a distinguished expert in the realm of digital assets and tokenization, currently serving as Head of Product at Crypto Finance, headquartered in Zurich, a subsidiary of Deutsche Borse Group. Kasper spearheads the development and oversight of Crypto Finance's digital asset infrastructure. This infrastructure has become the trusted choice of several leading banks for issuing and safeguarding crypto assets valued in the billions.

Prior to assuming his role at Crypto Finance, Kasper held a prominent position at UBS, where he led the institution's foray into the digital asset landscape. Recognized as a pioneer in the field, Kasper played a pivotal role in pioneering UBS's tokenization initiatives. Notably, he was instrumental in the successful launch of various early stage products, including tokenized structured financial instruments and precious metals. His visionary leadership and strategic insights have positioned him as a trusted authority in the financial services industry, sought after for his expertise in navigating the complexities of digital assets and driving innovation through tokenization.

Gregory Mall has many years of experience in portfolio management and managing digital assets on a discretionary basis. At AMINA Bank, he is responsible for the product structuring of ETPs, AMCs and structured products as well as for the management of discretionary mandates.

Prior to joining AMINA Bank, he worked as a multi-asset fund manager at Credit Suisse, managing UCITS and an alternative investment fund. Greg holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is a CFA and FRM charterholder.
