Donatella Principe

Donatella Principe
Donatella Principe graduated from Università Bocconi, where she also obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics and an Executive Master in Finance. She began her career leading an economics team in the Italian banking sector.In 2002, she joined Schroders’ Italian branch—one of the world’s top asset management companies—where for about 14 years she contributed to developing the distribution business in Italy, covering both the role of Head of Investment Advisory and Head of Institutional Business.
In 2016, Donatella joined Fidelity, the world’s first active asset management company, as Head of Fund Selection Unit and Institutional Sales for Italy. Since January 2017, she has been Director of Market and Distribution Strategy for Continental Europe. Alongside her career, Donatella has also been active in communication and training: she is a journalist and collaborates with several universities in teaching activities.
