Mirjana is Chief Executive Officer for the CFA Society Switzerland, one of the largest CFA Institute societies globally. She is responsible for implementing the Society's overall strategy and management. Core to her mandate is continuing to deliver outstanding member value, providing quality, independent and reliable content and resources for multiple key stakeholders and promoting high ethical standards in the investment industry. In her leadership role, Mirjana oversees all the Society’s staff and operations. Before assuming a role of CEO of CFA Society Switzerland, Mirjana was co-leading the University Relations Commitee where she was responsible for the strategy development and execution of the CFA Institute Research Challenge. Mirjana also worked with volunteer committees to execute successful Swiss Pensions and Generations Conferences. She further developed and maintained various initiatives in an ongoing effort to deliver, improve and refine Society's programs to its members. Mirjana is a trained neurobiologist and has previously worked as a scientific advisor and program director in a NPO, family office and at the University of Zurich and University of Groningen. 

Nicole Seitz

Nicole has responsibility for education programs for the society, including relationship management for CFA candidates and advancing the development of education products.  As business manager, Nicole oversees the financial and administrative matters of the society.

Nicole has been working in the financial services and strategic consulting industry for 17 years.  She has previously worked as a director at UBS Wealth Management & Business Banking, as Market Intelligence Manager for GE Capital Bank, took part in the Real Returns program at Credit Suisse and worked for five years at McKinsey & Company in the Financial Services Practice in Frankfurt. She did a bank trainee program, studied business administration in Munich, holds an IPMA certificate in project management and did an MBA at Rotterdam School of Management.

Louise, our Event and Marketing Manager, brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in the financial services industry, having worked with renowned investment banks in London and Zurich. With a track record of orchestrating diverse client events, from corporate roadshows to conferences, Louise is committed to delivering excellence in every project. Her international background, born in the Far East and educated in the UK, adds a unique global perspective to her work. Holding a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol, Louise combines analytical skills with creative flair to craft extraordinary experiences that elevate our brand and foster meaningful connections.

Jamilla Metzger

Jamilla, our Junior Marketing Coordinator, brings over five years of diverse experience across Marketing, IT, and Web Management. She uses her knowledge to support our marketing department, helps with event organization, assists in managing our website, and looks after our social media and branding.

Before joining our team, Jamilla worked as a Web Manager at CH Media and completed her apprenticeship as a Mediamatics Technician with the Canton of Zurich. Throughout her career, she has also freelanced as a Content Creator, serving a variety of clients and honing her creative and technical skills.
