Job summary 

We are a dynamic, international organization in Zurich and offer a range of products and services to our CFA members, CFA candidates and other interested parties. Our working environment is very diverse with many activities happening at the same time. In detail, we are looking for an intern to support us with the following:

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Supports development of online financial education products
  • Supports video editing, website integration, course design
  • Supports webinar production
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Supports other educational events onsite and online
  • Supports our accounting applications
  • Support of other team members in various areas (marketing, conference planning and execution, networking events, fairs, office management, digitalization, accounting,..)
  • Manage and steer your own projects 
  • Learn to use or improve application of a number of tools (Salesforce, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, Asana, CVent,...)

We offer the possibility to apply a range of technical and soft skills while working on a variety of tasks and grow professionally and personally. Each of our team members has several responsibilities and is happy to share knowledge. Our team is very diverse, fun to work with and we communicate in English. Our office is centrally located in Zurich-Seefeld (trams 2 and 4, busses 916 and 33).

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills (video editing software, CMS, digital design software, etc.) or willingness to learn
  • Proficient user of Apple or Microsoft office tools
  • Eager to work in a dynamic, international environment
  • Preferred knowledge of and interest in finance
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a changing environment, follow-up and meet deadlines
  • Highly reliable, proactive problem prevention and issue resolution
  • Team player but also capable of steering their own projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Graduate preferred, at least four completed semesters at a university or university of applied science
  • Swiss nationality or residency (with eligible work permit to work in Switzerland)

Nice to have:

  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting and accounting tools is a plus
