Volunteer Position: Advocacy: Consultation on Rules of Conduct under FinSA
The objective of all advocacy engagements is to position CFA Society Switzerland as trusted, knowledgeable and independent reference point for insights into Swiss investment industry and long-term asset management matters with Swiss administration, regulators and society as a whole. The end goal of the Society is to create an environment where investors’ interests come first, markets function at their best, and economies grow.
Advocacy Committee serves as an ad hoc committee to help CFA Society Switzerland form a qualified opinion and participate in the consultation on Rules of Conduct under FinSA. Committee members act on behalf of CFA Society Switzerland and not on behalf of their employers (no link will be made to employers). The committee will be dissolved after its mandate is over.

Committee member roles / responsibilities:
• Participate in committee's meeting and share your opinion to draft a response to the circular
Committee member requirements:
• CFA charterholder
• Experience in product compliance, or product governance, or product distribution, or product selection, or similar
• You are available 5-6 hours in June 2024 (outside business hours) for a volunteer work (committee meetings and drafting a response)
