ESG Committee

The objective of the ESG Committee is to promote the standardization initiatives of CFA Institute in the ESG investment area, to raise the Society’s views in the industry discussions and to foster cooperation with other Swiss industry associations and stakeholder groups with respect to ESG investments.

The ESG Sub-Committee was formed as a subcommittee of the Advocacy Committee of CFA Society Switzerland in 2020 due to an increasing importance of the ESG and sustainability matters in the Swiss investment community.

The ESG Committee is composed of the representatives of investment managers, asset owners, consulting firms, law firms and audit firms, and is chaired by Dimitri Senik CFA, who also chairs the ESG Verification Subcommittee of CFA Institute. The committee members are very passionate about ESG Investing and are engaged in the ESG-related activities in their organisations.

The Chair of the ESG Committee is Dimitri Senik, CFA.
