CFA Society Switzerland is pleased to announce a series of leadership updates across its volunteer committees, including the Swiss Pensions Conference Committees, Professional Learning Committee, Membership Committee, and Networking Committee.
Looking ahead to the 2027 Swiss Pensions Conferences, both conference committees will be led by co-chairs:
For SPC Romandie, current Chair Eric Bissonnier, CFA, will be joined by Nadège Bregnard, PhD, as new Co-Chair.
For SPC Zurich, current Chair Jan-Ulrich Salchow, CFA, will be joined by Lela Prodani, CFA, as new Co-Chair.
The Professional Learning Committee is also moving to a co-chair structure. Nicolas Bornitz, CFA, will be joined by Moritz Dullinger, CFA, as new Co-Chair. The committee supports continuing professional development for members and the wider investment community through webinars, seminars, conferences, and other learning formats.
The Membership Committee is also entering a new chapter, with Alida Carcano, CFA, handing over her role as Chair to Claudia Eftimie, CFA.
On behalf of the Board and Executive Office, we would like to thank Alida for her dedication and achievements as Chair of the Membership Committee. During her tenure, the committee successfully conducted surveys among members, non-members, and volunteers, developed the membership strategy, and welcomed two new members to the committee.
At the same time, Claudia Eftimie, CFA, is handing over her role as Chair of the Networking Committee to Vinicius “Vini” Geromel, CFA.
We would also like to thank Claudia for her dedication and achievements as Chair of the Networking Committee. Under her leadership, the committee expanded the reach of its activities to six locations across Switzerland and established regular events with the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS) in Basel. The committee also organized a range of lifestyle and community events, including art collection tours, a visit to the Bundeshaus, participation in the SOLA runs, and the introduction of Learning by the Lake events in Lausanne.
We look forward to building on these strong foundations with our incoming chairs and co-chairs and to continuing to create value for our members through the commitment of our volunteer community.
