Advocacy Committee

The Advocacy Committee coordinates corporate governance and local advocacy efforts in collaboration with the CFA Institute. Its main duties include:

• Monitoring and commenting on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Liaising with FINMA, Swiss Bankers Association and self-regulatory bodies.
• Promoting CFA standards and professional conduct in Swiss financial market.
• Coordinating with CFA Society Switzerland the representative for the SIX Expert Panel for Financial Reporting.

The Chair of the Advocacy Committee is Hendrik Grethe, CFA.
