Carolin Roth is a freelance presenter, reporter, conference moderator, and journalist based in Zurich. She has worked with CNBC International since 2007 and became a freelance presenter and reporter in 2019. From 2013 to 2018, she was based in London, where she presented several CNBC programs, including Capital Connection, Squawk Box Europe, Worldwide Exchange, and Closing Bell, while continuing to report on Switzerland, Germany, and Europe. Before that, she worked for CNBC in Zurich as a producer and live markets reporter, covering Switzerland and Germany and reporting across Europe. Carolin Roth holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich, completed magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Finance from Tilburg University. She also studied at Euromed Marseille in France and gained early professional experience with DWS in Frankfurt and Wedbush Morgan in the United States.

Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom). He is a CFA® charterholder. He began his career in 2006 and has extensive experience gained at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust, Edmond de Rothschild AM, Ostrum AM, and DNCA Finance. David Arcauz, CFA is Managing Partner and co-CIO at Flexstone Partners, based in Geneva. He leads European investments and is a member of the Global and European Advisory Investment Committees. Prior to joining Euro Private Equity, a predecessor to Flexstone Partners, in September 2016, he spent six years as a Partner at Adams Street Partners in London, where he invested in growth and buyout funds across Europe and served on several advisory boards. Before that, he worked for five years in the private equity team at UBS Global Wealth Management in Zurich, London, and New York, and previously spent five years at Swiss Life Private Equity Partners in Zurich, where he was a founding member of its spin-off Alpha Associates. David Arcauz began his career as a credit analyst at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in Lausanne and later worked as a corporate finance consultant for KPMG in Zurich. He holds a Master of Law from Université de Lausanne and is a CFA® charterholder.

Thorsten Hens is a Swiss Finance Institute Professor of Financial Economics at the University of Zurich and Adjunct Professor of Finance at University of Lucerne, Switzerland as well as at the Norwegian School of Economics, NHH, in Bergen. He studied at Bonn and Paris and previously was professor in Bielefeld and taught at Stanford University. His main research areas are behavioural finance with applications to wealth management and evolutionary finance with applications to asset management. Thorsten Hens has published more than eighty peer-reviewed journal articles, and is the co-author of more than ten books. Moreover, he is one of the founders of the UZH-HSG-Spin Off Company Behavioral Finance Solutions, the Swiss Fintec Innovations Association and the UZH Blockchain Center. Thorsten Hens holds mandates in pension funds, insurance companies and banks and he is a regular speaker at practitioner conferences.

Lela Prodani is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in managing multi-asset institutional investor portfolios. She currently serves as an Executive Director - Senior Portfolio Manager at Pensionskasse der Credit Suisse Group (Schweiz), responsible for the oversight of a multi-billion Alternatives portfolio for the pension fund. Previously, Lela held the position of Investment Director at a multi-family office / OCIO in New York, as well as at a healthcare endowment in Saint Louis, Missouri. In these roles, Lela spearheaded due diligence efforts across various asset classes with a focus on private markets. Lela holds CFA and CIPM certifications. She earned a BA in International Business / Finance and an MBA from Webster University.
