Karol Brodzinski is an Equity Research Analyst covering Swiss Financials at Octavian AG. He is responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental analysis, building valuation models, and issuing investment recommendations on banks, real estate, and other financial institutions listed in Switzerland.

With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, Karol has held senior roles across equity research, valuation advisory, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Octavian, he was part of the Corporate Finance Advisory team at Deloitte Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he worked in Equity Research Departments of Erste Bank and Deutsche Bank, covering industrial, chemical and IT stocks from the CEE region.

Karol is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) as well as a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been chairing CFA Society Switzerland’s Careers Committee since 2019.

Lukas Dörig is Managing Partner and Head of Markets at Marcuard Family Office. After studying at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), the University of Michigan, and the Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium, he earned both the CFA and CAIA designations.  

Lukas began his career with two banks before joining a boutique asset manager, where he was responsible for institutional multi-manager mandates. Since joining Marcuard Family Office in 2008, he has been advising Swiss and international entrepreneurial families on Marcuard's independent multi-family office platform.  

Marius Holzer is Co-Founder and Partner at Parkview, a multi-family office serving entrepreneurial families and institutions across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

With an MBA from INSEAD and CFA and CAIA charters, he specializes in investment strategy, family governance, and the intersection of technology and wealth management.

He also chairs the annual Family Office Conference “Generations"  for CFA Society Switzerland, bringing together leading family business owners, investors, and academics to discuss the future of multigenerational enterprises. 

Nicolas is a Partner and Relationship Manager at Genesis Partners AG, a Swiss-based Multi-Family Office dedicated to managing the wealth of tech entrepreneurs and their families.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has over 10 years of experience in the wealth management industry.

Prior to joining Genesis, he worked at UBS and Julius Baer across several business areas, with a particular focus on International Wealth Management.

Dmytro Koba is a Principal in Private Equity at responsAbility Investments (part of M&G Plc), a Swiss impact asset manager focused on financial institutions, sustainable agriculture and climate finance across global emerging markets.

Dmytro started his career 15 years ago in investment banking and since 2014 has focused on private equity investments in emerging and frontier markets. He has experience serving on supervisory boards and currently acts as a shareholder representative in several leading banks in Central Asia and the Caucasus.

Dmytro has been a CFA charterholder since 2015 and sits on the Careers Committee of CFA Society Switzerland.

Itamar Orlandi is Director of Commercial Strategy at Pexapark, a leading provider of financial data and advisory services for clean energy buyers and investors. 

tamar started his career in research and investment analysis at BloombergNEF, before taking on investment management roles focused on clean energy project finance at the Asian Development Bank and Smartenergy Group. He now applies that combination of financial rigour and hands-on building to drive commercial outcomes and product strategy at a scale-up.

Itamar is a CFA charterholder and holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and an MSc in Environmental Regulation from the London School of Economics (with distinction).

Ursula Nitschke is Head of Business Development & Investor Relations at Syz Capital, where she is responsible for global business development, capital raising, investor relations, and communications. She works closely with institutional and private investors to provide access to differentiated investment opportunities across alternative asset classes. Ms. Nitschke brings more than two decades of experience in investment strategy, capital raising, and investor solutions.

Prior to joining Syz Capital, she spent 14 years at UBS Wealth Management, where she established and led the Hedge Fund Advisory platform followed by a subsequent business development role at a Swiss impact-focused private debt manager.

She holds a double business degree from Dublin City University and ESB Business School and is a CFA Charterholder. 

Dirk Kubisch is Head Process Excellence at Alpiq, a leading Swiss electricity producer and energy services provider active across Europe. He is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes through an end-to-end perspective.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, Dirk spent over a decade at GAM Investment Management in senior leadership positions, including COO of Sales & Distribution, Global Commercial Director, and Head of Global Product Marketing. Prior to that, he held roles at Julius Baer Investment Fund Services as Head of Publications & Presentations and Investment Writer, and at Weiler & Eberhardt Depotverwaltung as Head of Research and Head of Investment Advisory.

Dirk is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder and holds an Executive MBA with honours from IMD Lausanne.
