Daniel Hunziker

Mr. Daniel Hunziker is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Swiss Universal Bank division, based in Zurich. He is the Head of Institutional Clients for the Swiss Universal Bank and a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG. Daniel also serves as a board member of Neue Aargauer Bank AG, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG. Daniel joined Credit Suisse in 2002 as a strategy analyst in the e-Business department of Private Banking. As from 2003, he was responsible for sales management in the Swiss private clients area (Retail, Affluent, HNWI) for several years, as well as being a part of the Advisory & Sales team of Private Banking Asia Pacific in Singapore. Subsequently, Daniel was the Head of the Zurich Region and responsible for the coverage of Private & Wealth Management Clients (Affluent and HNWI) in this area. Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Strategy for the Swiss Universal Bank. As an engagement to foster the strength of the financial center in Zurich, Daniel serves as president of the Zurich Banking Association.

Anita Sigg

Ms. Anita Sigg, Head of Personal Finance at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). She is a lecturer in Banking and Finance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences with a research focus on customer experience management and decision architecture. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Zürcher Kantonalbank, holds a degree in economics from the University of Zurich and has worked for several years in different management positions in the banking industry with a focus on customer value creation and sales process design.
