The EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) is the next piece of regulation coming business’ way. And it may hit hard. It is meant to be social and environmental justice in action! As it stands, this piece of regulation is not expected to be a paper tiger, on the contrary, investee companies may be subject to large reorganisation efforts on which reporting and binding legal duties are expected to apply, and maybe stronger than before. This session shows what investors will be looking out for when they need or want to invest in CS3D-compliant firms.
